Second commissioning just started (15/10/2004)
Friday 15 October 2004

The second commissioning run of the the AMBER instrument has just started today. It will last from 15 to 26 October 2004, with 4 days in lab, 5 nights on siderostats and finally 3 nights with UT2, UT3 and UT4. If everything goes well, it will be followed by three nights of Science Demonstration Time.

The main goal of this run is to assess the performances of AMBER with the VLTI and to commission all spectral resolutions in H and K.
